We sell sailing equipment, including both standard products and custom-made ropes. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example, due to stock availability or pricing errors).

  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider Square.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders within 1-2 working days where products are in stock.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs checks.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Standard Products

  • Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return standard products purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6.2 Custom-Made Ropes

  • Customised or made-to-order products (such as custom ropes) are not eligible for refunds or returns, except where faulty or not as described.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

7. Warranty

  • Our products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or data.

  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
