At Rope Dock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and options when returning items purchased from our online store, ropedock.com.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Standard Products)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel and return your order of standard products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.


2. Custom-Made Ropes (Non-Refundable)

Please note: Custom-made ropes and other personalised products are excluded from the 14-day right to cancel under EU law.

This means we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for custom ropes once production has started, unless the product is faulty or not as described.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.

  • We will arrange return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.


4. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please:

  1. Email us at hello@ropedock.com with your order number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send the item to:

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
